Famoso, an ancient grape variety from Romagna, grown mainly in the Ravenna area.
Off the skins fermentation in steel, for the preparation of the base wine. Sparkling making: Martinotti-Charmat method, for at least 5 months.
Alcohol content: 11.5 % vol.
Straw yellow color with greenish hues and fine perlage, persistent and lively. Slightly aromatic aroma, typical of the Famoso. Persistent taste, with residual sugar making it smooth and velvety.
As an aperitif and between meals, accompanied by snacks in general, as well as first and second dishes.
